Allen Banoub Bio

Allen Banoub has more than 20 years of marketing experience. His experience as a marketing consultant and Chief Marketing Officer has allowed him to truly appreciate the need for the marketing audit tool as part of the organization planning experience.

Prior to working as a marketing consultant, Allen served as Chief Marketing Officer for seven years with Catholic Knights, a national financial services company, based in Milwaukee, Wis. While there, Allen helped move the organization to the $100 million revenue mark by successfully implementing marketing strategies and programs. He also led the building of a marketing centric organization to better compete in today’s business environment. Under his leadership, Allen and his marketing team won numerous awards for excellence in marketing.

Previous to his position as Chief Marketing Officer, Allen held the Vice President of Product Marketing position for both Banc One and Wells Fargo Bank. He began his career with The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company in 1982 where he worked until 1993 holding various positions in the marketing, product and distribution areas.

With over two decades of senior marketing experience with large Blue Chip and mid-size companies, Allen brings a complete repertoire of marketing skills. He is adept at combining applicable marketing technical skills, problem finding and problem solving skills, communication and creativity skills, and strong strategic, brand and planning skills.

Allen holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, where he graduated with honors and specialized in the field of marketing. He was in the 1998 “Who’s Who Amongst Students in American Universities and Colleges.”
